To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items received must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used hair oils, shampoos, or personal care products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Refund Process:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
